Abbotsholme_beauty_bazaarAbbotsholme School hosted a Beauty Bazaar organised by Abbotsholme Pre-Prep parent Caroline Parker at which over 150 ladies enjoyed an evening of beauty bits helping to raise £1000 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

A wide variety of stalls were showcasing tempting products and gifts throughout the evening including beauty products from Tropic and Neal’s Yard, and  interiors and gifts by Vintage Bluebird, Pretty Little Christmas, Field and Stream and How Splendid. There was also some treatments on offer from the Nail Bar and Tropic too!

This Beauty Bazaar was the first event of its kind and the evening was a great success. Not only did the evening raise £1000 for the Motor Neuron Disease Association, but stallholders and purchasers alike commented that it should be an annual event.

The organiser Caroline Parker said of her event, “I am absolutely delighted with how the event went, and so happy to have reached my target of £1000 for the charity.”

She added, “Thank you to my family, friends, neighbours and the school for the amazing support I received; it couldn’t have happened without you all – Looking forward to next year!”

Abbotsholme is having its Christmas Bazaar on Friday 6th December from 4.00-7.00pm. Come along and enjoy seasonal refreshments, lovely stalls, carol singing and Santa!
