Abbotsholme Pre-Prep School has just received an ‘Outstanding’ rating across all areas in their recent inspection.
The inspection occurred on Monday 15th September and Mrs Jayne Hooley Head of the Pre-Prep School found out today that it was rated Outstanding across all areas.
The report summarises, ‘The quality of teaching is outstanding and truly worthy of dissemination to other providers. Children take part in a wealth of experiences and activities that result in them becoming extremely confident and self-assured, eager and highly motivated learners. Children benefit from varied, rich and imaginative experiences that are delivered by staff who have expert knowledge and of all areas of learning.”
The Pre-Prep has been a part of Abbotsholme School since January this year, and ensures that a pupil can now enjoy the unique education the school has to offer from age 2 all the way through to 18. The Pre-Prep is situated at the front of the school with exceptional facilities including its own free flow outdoor learning area with a listening tree, and fairy garden as well as having the ability to use the Abbotsholme facilities for pupil’s enhanced learning.
Mrs Hooley said of the news, “It is wonderful to receive such recognition for the hard work and care provided; I am over the moon with this result!”
“It is the second time the Pre-Prep has been rated Outstanding across all areas, with the first time being when we received our previous inspection after we moved to Abbotsholme in 2012. This achievement is all down to wonderful facilities that are on offer for pupils at Abbotsholme as well as my experienced and highly qualified staff who ensure the highest of standards and care within the Pre-Prep.
