On Thursday 13 December, two classes of Upper Sixth Economists were set the challenge of teaching a variety of D'Overbroecks College year 3 economcsEconomics principles to Primary School children.

The Year 3 children from New Marston Primary School were excited to find themselves learning about everything from Price Discrimination in Monopolistic Competition to the benefits of Santa relocating to a tax haven in the Cayman Islands.

Economics teacher, George Vlachonikolis, said "one of the best ways of learning something is to try and teach someone else. This was wonderful opportunity for d'Overbroeck's students to test their own knowledge but also to deliver some important life lessons to some younger Oxford children".
