Lancing College Hosts Sixth Form Art Exhibition

Lancing College has an exceptional Art Department, which has an impressive record of producing students who become designers, photographers, architects, art historians and painters. As well as learning traditional skills, such as drawing, the opportunities are wide-ranging: individual pupils are able to undertake creative activities such as set painting, magazine illustration, printmaking, fashion design, ceramic art and sculpture.

In recognition of their accomplishments, whilst still studying at the school, Lancing College has been included in the Steyning Arts Trail. The student exhibitors in this show include artists of the future, and the quality of their work rivals that of many established artists.

An eclectic mix of work is on display in the Megarry Room Foyer at Lancing College.

Lancing College students are frequently requested to take part in public exhibitions, and have shown work in central Brighton and Worthing Museum.
