Ratcliffe College has come in the top 100 independent co-educational boarding schools in 2012, as identified by the ‘2012 Independent School League Tables’, based on our 2012 public examination results.
This places the College amongst the very best schools in the UK but with fees considerably less than many in the table.
Ratcliffe College have been awarded a gold star certificate for the very first time for “excellence in academic achievement in ‘A’ level results and the number of students with examination success”.
Headmaster, Mr Gareth Lloyd, stated: “It is great news to be ranked in the top 100 in the new league table which bears clear testimony to the continuing dedication and diligence of students and teaching staff alike. However, it is prudent to remember that education is about far more than just A grades, important though these are in a competitive market. At Ratcliffe, we strive to ensure that students fulfil their own potential and have the opportunity to experience a wide range of co-curricular activities which help mould them as individual characters as they prepare for the world that awaits them.”
