Jade Clarke, a pupil at Wellington School, won two medals in the Fencing event at the UK School Games last weekend in Manchester.
The Year 13 pupil, who has enjoyed success in fencing at national, European and World Championship level, won the Bronze medal in the individual Foil.
Jade also won a Gold medal in the team Foil competition.
Former pupil Jess Gundry also brought home two medals; a Silver in the individual Epee and a gold in the team Epee.
