Following the success of the Sixth Form Christmas Dinner after party it was decided that an end of exams Warminster avitar hollywoodcelebration was needed – The ‘Hollywood’ theme caught people’s attention and before long various costumes and characters were being planned.

At 5pm on Friday, 1st February the Sixth Form Common Room was transformed into a stylish Hollywood venue, complete with blockbuster posters, flashing lights, disco balls and a smoke machine.

The night began well with the aforementioned smoke machine setting off the fire alarm – adding some drama to the evening!

However, before long the party was back in full swing. There were some great costumes, from Avatars, to Sandy and Eugene from Grease, to our very own Top Gun pilots. However, a special mention must go to Warminster Topgun HollywoodDuncan Weir for going the whole hog and painting himself head to toe in green paint – the Hulk had arrived!

Thank you to everyone who came along and made the effort to dress up and especially to Mrs Nurdin and Mr McQueen for all their help. It was a great evening and we’re all looking forward to the next one!
