When you arrive at Kent College, your first impression is the beautiful, spacious setting and the superb views of the Kent countryside. Kent College is a happy, caring home-from-home for boarders from over 20 different countries. Boarders can join at age ten. The Christian ethos gives a clear moral framework; pupils are well mannered, discipline is good and we show respect for each other. A broad and balanced approach
Academic standards are high, with excellent GCSE and A-level results, and pupils have a record of success in gaining places at traditional universities to do a variety of courses, from medicine to engineering. Facilities and location
Modern, architect-designed facilities include homely boarding houses, a state-of-the-art theatre, a large sports hall, a music school, an on-site outdoor ‘confidence course’, new science laboratories (completed in 2008) and an indoor swimming pool. Sixth-formers benefit from their own study centre. A state-of-the-art library and art centre will open in 2012, providing outstanding study space, a coffee shop, art studios and exhibition space,
There are modern IT suites around the campus, and all students have e-mail and broadband internet access. The school is only three miles from the town of Royal  Tunbridge Wells, 15 minutes from the M25 and 40 minutes from London by train.

World Champion Swimmer Suki returns to Kent College Pembury

Double World Champion Swimmer and ex Kent College pupil, Suki Brownsdon, returned to Kent College Pembury on Friday 20th January with Team GB Sports Dietician Gill Horgan, as representatives from the British Olympic Foundation (the charitable arm of the British Olympic Association).

Suki and Gill delivered a masterclass on the work that the Olympic Foundation does and gave an insider’s view on training as an athlete in the Olympic games, inspiring pupils studying their GCSEs and A Levels to make the most of the Olympics in London this year.
