This project is part of a fund-raising partnership between Pleasurewood Hills, Arts Schools based in Norfolk and Suffolk and Great Yarmouth Race Course.
It was decided that the carousel at Pleasurewood Hills needed a face lift, and schools were given the opportunity to participate in this educational assignment for pupils to create their own Masterpiece.
The horse arrived at Culford in January, and Victoria has until 18 March to complete her design, when it will be delivered to the race course. £100 will then be donated to Culford, and a plaque with Victoria’s details displayed on the horse.
A presentation day is to be held at Great Yarmouth race course, when all the horses will be showcased in the main ring and judged by professional jockeys.
