A pupil from Bedford School has won the U14 category of the National British Schools and Young Shots Championships 2018.
Darcy McBride finished first with a score of 30/32, ranking him as the number one shot in the UK for his age group. He trains with world-class shooter Philip Thorrold twice a week and hopes to win the Clay Shooting World Championships in Dubai
He said: “The best thing about clay shooting is that a different technique is required for each target.”
