This term, Beechwood Sixth Form took part in exercises designed to improve teamwork. A presentation helped students to understand the different roles within a team, and each student took part in the PRISM profiling system to see how their personalities reflected their roles. PRISM is a four-dimensional profiling instrument which was developed for schools and college; it provides a great introduction to understanding human behaviour. The day was full of fun and laughter but, most importantly, they enjoyed learning more about themselves and how to work together.
