On Sunday 3rd February, Beeston Hall's cross country team raced in the West Norfolk Athletic Club's Cross 
Country Championships at Houghton Hall.
In all 15 runners took part in the U9 and U11 races. All of them ran very well but pride of place should go to Archie Case, Hari Moondi and Rupert Fox who were 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the U9 boys' race; to Rosie Ringer who was 3rd in the U9 girls' race; to Ted Joice, Toby Cave and Hugh Fox who were 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the U11 boys' race and Maddie Gainher who was 3rd in the U11 girls' race.
However, all the runners contributed and as a result the team won the overall Schools' Team Cup. It was a very impressive performance by all the children.
