IB AwardBromsgrove School has once again been awarded the ‘Top IB Independent School Crystal Award’ by ‘best-school.co.uk’.

The Headmaster said “We are proud to have won this award for a second consecutive year. It is further affirmation not only of our consistently high academic standards and the calibre of our teaching staff, but also of the School’s deeply held commitment to the underlying principles of the International Baccalaureate.”

This follows another successful year for the IB where results hit a record high, with a third of its pupils scoring 40 points or more. One pupil, Eleanor Ball who achieved 41 points, was awarded the International Leader of Tomorrow Award for UBC, Vancouver. The average of 38.7 places the School amongst the very top IB schools in the country.

Dr. Micheal Thompson, Director of the International Baccalaureate, said “I am delighted that the school has received this award in consecutive years – it is recognition of our world-class reputation. Bromsgrove School provides the most inclusive, broadminded and diverse IB diploma program in the country and it is because of these values that we are the most successful.”
