A golfer from Bromsgrove School has recently won the Jessica Smith Bowl and Grace Boulton Plate at the Ladies’ County Golf Championship at Moseley Golf Club.
Megan Langford posted a nett score of 69 over the first 18 holes, posting a course record of 62 on the second 18. Her performance resulted in her handicap being cut from 14 to 8 in the first qualifying competition of the season.
It capped off a successful week for the fourteen year-old, who also won the School Championships last week.
