A group of Year 7s baked the most delicious array of cakes to raise money for Kids Company. 
Kids Company was founded by Camila Batmanghelidjh in 1996 and provides practical, emotional and educational support to vulnerable inner-city children.
Eagle House has recently forged a link with the charity and this was the first event to raise money for the great work that the charity undertakes.
Over the morning over £400 was raised – a fantastic total but not really surprising as there were the most delicious cakes available!
Further events to help Kids Company are planned.
