Caterham School Pupils in the ShowcaseOn Saturday 24 March, the Caterham School Bicentenary celebrations continued with ‘Showcase’, a celebration of performance.

The show brought together the most diverse range of performances. A fantastic evening of variety included dance, drama, music, magic, circus and gymnastics. Many of the acts were devised by the students themselves whilst others were directed by staff or were a collaboration by teachers and pupils.

Although entrance to the show was free, charitable donations were welcome as the Sixth Form Charity Committee were raising funds for the School’s educational projects at Lerang’wa School in Tanzania.

Miss Lisa McMullin, Head of Drama said: ‘Judging by the laughter, cheers and applause the evening was a huge success and a real tribute to the talent and dedication of all those who performed.’
