The First Form at Dauntsey’s has just returned from an exciting 24 hours of adventure at Brenscombe Outdoor Centre, near Corfe Castle in Dorset. The key aim of the trip was team-building with the group made up of 88 pupils who have joined Dauntsey’s from 55 different schools.
Activities included a fun, night-time orienteering exercise and a selection of outdoor pursuits ranging from archery, a challenging high and low ropes course, pioneering, air-rifle shooting and a variety of team exercises.
Eleni Conidaris, Head of the Lower School at Dauntsey’s, said;
“Despite the damp weather conditions, spirits remained high and everyone enjoyed getting to know each other in a relaxed, fun and challenging environment.
“All pupils returned buoyant with new friends and a real sense of achievement.”
