Making the most of a rare evening of great weather, families picnicked in front of the stage and were treated to an incredible show of talent. 40 students, from Blocks 1 and 2 (Years 7 and 8) were involved, performing confidently, demonstrating the diverse face of Dunhurst music with acts ranging from classic rock (including Since You’ve Been Gone by Kelly Clarkson, Basket Case by Green Day and Valerie by The Zutons etc.) to original pieces written by the students themselves, including Down from Now by Gabi Gotts (Block 2) and Mirrors by Tara Noble (Block 2).

“The show was a culmination of a great deal of practice and planning by pupils supported by our music teachers. The children’s energy on stage displayed the passion and enthusiasm for music that is typical of Dunhurst students.”
