The new building houses a full size sports hall, performing arts centre as well as changing room facilities for pupils and backstage areas for theatrical performances.
The building, named The Golden Eagle Centre, was completed by Beard Construction Group in March.
This excellent facility will enable all pupils at Eagle House to benefit from state of the art indoor sporting facilities as well as drama, music and dance opportunities.
The sports hall can be used for many sports including basketball, indoor cricket, football, gymnastics, indoor hockey, badminton, table tennis and trampolining.
The performing arts studio has dance mirrors and ballet bar, a complete sound system for rehearsals and performance and a fully fitted sprung dance floor.
The building was officially opened by the Chairman of Governors and demonstrations of the new facilities by pupils were followed by a spectacular fireworks display. The evening was attended by parents, governors and friends.
