Eagle House turns on the talent and raises £3,500 for charity

Eagle House SchoolEagle House School held their E Factor talent show on May 18th. Over 60 children and staff took part in the show in front of 300 parents and children to raise money for 3 charities.

The evening was opened by representatives from Kids Company, a charity providing practical, emotional and educational support to vulnerable inner-city children. The evening was full of variety with comedy, singing and dancing. The 3 external judges commented on the acts in good X Factor style and there were a host of winners who picked up the coveted Golden E Award.

A raffle and a bar helped raise the total amount for the evening which benefits Kids Company, Treloar’s, a school in Hampshire for 5 to 16-year-old + students with physical disabilities, and Tabitha Foundation UK, a charity that helps with house building and cottage industries in Cambodia.

The evening was a huge success and the acts were able to perform on a specially constructed stage with lights and sound befitting a professional arena. The total raised from the evening was over £3500 and it was clear by the end of Eagle House Schoolthe evening that Eagle House has talent!
