Epsom College has been ranked in theTop 50 UK independent, co-educational boarding schools on the basis of its 2012 A level results.
The 2012 Independent Boarding School League Tables have just been published by www.best-schools.co.uk and www.privateschools.co, both of which are operated by Education Advisers Ltd.
The College was placed 25th in the rankings based on the percentage of A* and A grades scored at A level and 21st based on the percentage of A*-B grades.
Certificates have been awarded for Excellence in Academic Achievement for A level results and for the number of pupils with exam success.
The Independent Boarding School League Tables are seen as the most accurate and comprehensive available.
They are compiled after the first set of re-marks and include results from schools that do not submit their results to the national press in August.
These excellent results underline Epsom's position as one of the leading co-educational boarding schools in the country.
