An audience gathered in Ferens Hall to enjoy a range of musical items performed by pupils throughout the Senior 
School.
The Soiree began with a strong performance from the Chamber Choir on the balcony and then the audience was treated to various instrumental pieces; cello, clarinet, alto saxophone, oboe, clarinet, trombone and trumpet as well as some beautiful piano playing. Special mention must be made of Katie McCourt’s “Geek” by James Uings on the electric guitar and also Nana Asiedu’s moving rendition of “Hero” by Mariah Carey.
The soiree culminated in Felicity Cliffe’s accomplished playing of the recorder in which she has achieved Grade 8 standard.
