Students and staff at Queen Ethelburga’s College and Faculty are celebrating another successful set of GSCE results today, allowing students to move on to study their chosen A-levels/ BTECs this September.
Students in the College have achieved 80% 7-9 or A*/A (99% 4-9 or A*/C) and students in the Faculty have achieved 37% 7-9 or A*/A (93% 4-9 or A*/C) – a significant improvement of around 10% on last year’s already great results.
Steven Jandrell, Collegiate Principal, said: “We would like to congratulate all our GCSE students on their results today. They have made their teachers very proud over the last two years and their positive work ethic has been rewarded. We are looking forward to them going into their A-level/ BTEC studies with us this September and continuing to support them through their educational journey over the next two years.”
