GODOLPHIN A-LEVEL RESULTS – 2012

Mrs Samantha Price, Head at Godolphin, is justifiably proud of her second set of A-level results since she joined the school. “This is an extremely talented group of girls who, with their teachers, have worked exceptionally hard to achieve these outstanding results. To have 12% of our Upper Sixth class placed at either Oxford or Cambridge is outstanding.”

In recent years our results have steadily risen with the percentage of girls achieving A*/As increasing from 45% in 2010, to 46% in 2011 and now 51.31 in 2012.

There were 191subject entries

A* Grade 19.90% (15.2% – 2011) (13% – 2010)
A* – A Grades 51.31% (46.6% – 2011) (45.2% – 2010)
A* – B Grades 78.53% (71.7% – 2011)
A* – C Grades 99.48% (86.9% – 2011)

Outstanding results at A Level

Florence Hardy achieved 4A*, Clare Pleydell Bouverie 3A* and Annie Huckstep achieved 2A* and 2As

20 girls attained A* or A for all their subjects

GODOLPHIN GCSE RESULTS – 2012

Mrs Samantha Price, Head at Godolphin School, Salisbury, is delighted with the girls’ GCSE results. “This is a talented group of girls with almost 66% of all exams sat awarded A* – A grades. They have worked extremely hard throughout their GCSE courses whilst taking advantage of all that the school has to offer in the many co-curricular opportunities available. I am extremely proud of them and have high hopes for them in the Sixth Form.

Sixteen percent of the year group achieved all A* and A grades with the following notable successes:

Chloe Whitworth achieved 11 A* grades; Alexandra Mundell 10 A*; Fleur Shiers Gelalis and Antonia Brockman achieved 9A* and Tallulah Nicholls 8 A*.
