The children had a fantastic time and especially enjoyed the pond dipping, where they found newts and water snails. They also went on a mini beast hunt and caught centipedes, worms and woodlice.
The funniest activity they took part in was spotting objects that shouldn’t be in the trees, such as a zebra and a spoon. They were very well camouflaged and tricky to spot. Everyone returned to school tired but happy.
