Eight physicists from Upper Sixth took part in the British Physics Olympiad in the autumn term. Headington School physics Olympiad

Congratulations to everyone who took part, particularly Natalie who scored in the top 20 per cent of all entrants achieving a Silver award.

Rachel and Georgina achieved Bronze I awards, Helen achieved a Bronze II, and Alice, Nancy, Emma and Charlotte received commendations.

The competition is used to recognise the best Sixth Form physicists in the UK and to select the British Physics International Olympian team which competes with other students from around the world.
