Hoveraid at Cheltenham Ladies CollegeThe craft belonging to Hoveraid, a charity which works in partnership with aid organisations across the world, delivers key services such as health and education to areas that are otherwise unreachable.
Thalia Cooley in Year 7 says, “I was one of the lucky ones who got to go on it while my friends watched – it felt like being in a car on a bouncy castle.”

The girls had spent time earlier in the day learning about the work of the charity from Andy Mayo, UK Programme Director for Hoveraid.

James Pothercary, Head of Physics at Cheltenham Ladies’ College said “We were very grateful to Hoveraid for bringing the craft to College. The girls enjoyed seeing it in action.”
