Legendary sporting commentator, John Inverdale and former England rugby player, Simon Halliday delighted a packed 
crowd of 180 guests at last night’s Sporting Dinner at Moreton Hall.
Inverdale captivated and amused the audience with his astounding knowledge of many sports and with his anecdotes of life as one of the UK’s most successful sports broadcasters.
Halliday’s knowledge of the finest details of his sport and his insight into what drives an elite athlete were inspirational. Their time had been generously donated to raise awareness and funds for the their chosen charity, ‘CRY’ and the Moreton Hall Foundation.
