Commenting on the results Dominic Oliver, Headmaster said “I am delighted at the results this year; they come in the context of a continually changing educational climate and our pupils have performed exceedingly well – we are very proud of them. We have seen exceptional results from pupils who have been at Lancing since the age of 13 as well as those who joined us just for the Sixth Form. The results demonstrate the success of Lancing’s genuinely all-round approach: our excellent academic results are achieved within an environment where pupils also take part in a wide range of co-curricular activities. Our role at Lancing is to ensure academic excellence and to prepare our pupils to enter the next stage of their lives, independent, confident and self-aware. Pupils, parents and staff alike have a great deal to celebrate today.”
