On Tuesday 19 March the Moreton u14 Netball Team took part in the u14 North Shropshire Netball Tournament at 
Moreton Hall.
The Team did exceptionally well by beating Corbet School, The Grove School and The Marches in the pool rounds to make it to the semi-final where they played Ellesmere College.
It was a nail biting semi-final in which Moreton won 2-1. In the final the team faced a very strong and well organised Lakelands Team who had also won all their matches.
The Moreton team played superbly well, kept position and got the goals in when it counted and won the game 5-3. They are now crowned North Shropshire Netball Champions.
