Lucton School Equestrian Centre opened for business this term and this week saw the first lessons with the Sixth Form girls at the School. Miss Coates was very pleased with the general standard of all the students, who are working towards their BHS A1 qualification.
This week also saw the arrival of four new ponies at the stables and lessons are being timetabled for all pupils who wish to ride – either for pleasure or working towards competition standard. The School will again host its annual Inter-Schools Equestrian event in June 2012.
