Plymouth College has been selected as a finalist for The Independent Schools of the Year Award for International Student Experience.

Jo Hayward, Head, said: “I am enormously proud of this accomplishment which speaks volumes for every area of the school.  Not only does it highlight our fantastic boarding provision but also the total inclusive nature of the entire school community.  This year has been particularly tricky to navigate, especially for all our international students, and we have worked hard to help and support both them and their families during this time.  This national recognition serves to highlight what we have achieved so far but we firmly believe that there is always more to do as we strive to continue to give every pupil the best possible experience.”

Plymouth College is a non-selective independent day and boarding school for boys and girls between the ages of 3 to 18. Established in 1877, the school is amongst those offering the highest value added education of any independent school, in the UK’s South West region. Its purpose is to educate, enrich and empower every single one of our pupils in an environment that is intellectually and emotionally stimulating, progressive and adventurous.
