A group of thirty boarders enjoyed an afternoon at the Clay Art studio on Plymouth's Barbican during one of their 
weekly Sunday activities.
They selected items from a range of clay mugs and plates to decorate with paints, using stencils, sponges, stamps and free hand designs.
The finished items were fired and glazed by the studio for the boarders to keep – some are going to give them to family and friends for things such as Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day
