Plymouth College Hockey player coaches next generation

Plymouth College pupil, Emma Dorian-Kemp, 14, is helping to coach the next generation of hockey players as part  Plymouth College Hockey coachof her bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.

A talented player herself, Emma is working as a volunteer at Plymouth Hockey Club where she is coaching the U10 and U9 teams. The Year 10 pupil has already completed coaching and umpiring courses.

Also as part of the Award, Emma is undertaking cooking for the skills element and one-to-one cricket coaching for the physical aspect.

She will also have to complete an expedition. Emma is hoping to achieve her bronze Award in the next six months.
