On Monday the 18th March, the U14A team and some of the U13’s travelled to London to compete at Queen Margarets
the National Lacrosse Tournament.

The first match against Guildford was very tough, losing to the opposition by 2-3, but it was a good start to the tournament and prepared us for the next match.

The second match was against Princess Helena College, we won 9-0 with some great goals and an all-round good game of lacrosse.

Next was Berkhamsted, and after having played them in an earlier tournament we knew exactly how we had to preform and came out with a 3 all draw.

The last three games of the day were played against Cheltenham Ladies College, Moreton Hall and St Swithuns, losing narrowly by 2-1 to Cheltenham, winning 2-0 against Moreton and fianally losing 2-1 against St Swithuns.

Overall it was a great day, with some great performances from all of our girls, and despite not reaching the semi-finals it was a very enjoyable day of lacrosse!
