Royal Hospital School – House Shout!

House Shout, the highly anticipated bi-annual whole-school House singing competition, took place on Saturday 1 Royal Hospital School House Shout December.

After many hours of practice, each House sang a Unison song involving the entire House and a Harmony performed by a select group. There were some fantastic performances and all the pupils participated with energy and enthusiasm.

The independent adjudicator for the evening was Jonathan Brown, the Director of Music at Pangbourne College. He did a superb job and gave some very enlightening, amusing and helpful comments during the evening.

The overall winner in the Unison category was Collingwood with their spine-chilling version of ‘Human’ by The Killers and the winner of the Harmony was Cornwallis with a beautiful rendition of ‘The Rose’ by Westlife.
