RMS Jessica Middleton and Lisa Sheldrick AccentureLast term a number of Year 13 girls from The Royal Masonic School for Girls were put through their paces and interviewed to be fast tracked through to then Accenture Assessment day for a place on their highly regarded Horizons GAP Year Programme.

The workshops and interviews were similar to those that graduates experience during recruitment processes following university, offering the girls a great insight into the world of work.

Out of 80 students across the country, only 15 students were chosen to move forward to the Assessment Day, five of whom came from RMS. During the Easter break, these girls attended the assessment day which tested their analytical skills and problem solving abilities. We congratulate Jessica Middleton and Lisa Sheldrick who were both offered a place. The girls will be working as Accenture Analysts for 8 months and have been offered an opportunity of a lifetime to gain valuable experience and gain superb links with a leading company.

Following the process, the company running the sessions commented that ‘Your students are clearly of the highest calibre, each with very impressive accolades and wholly employable attributes. Their academic standards speak for themselves, and it was a true pleasure for our tutors to meet and work with them”
