Royal Russell became the first school to ever have three of their teams reach the national finals in the same year.
The girls’ football teams finished the summer season with the following awards:
- ISFA Under 11 Girls Independent Schools Cup – South East Region Winners 2018
- ISFA Under 11 Girls Independent Schools Cup – National Runners Up 2018
- ISFA Under 13 Girls Independent Schools Cup – South East Region Winners 2018
- ISFA Under 13 Girls Independent Schools Cup – National Runners Up 2018
- ISFA Under 15 Girls Independent Schools Cup – National Semi-finalists 2018
Individual achievements:
- Isabel, Skye and Abi have all been selected to represent the ISFA National team for the Under 15’s England Squad.
- Bethany (U13), Millicent (U11) and Skye (U15) play for Crystal Palace Ladies FC.
- Reanna (13) signed for Chelsea from Brighton and Hove Albion, and has joined the national England squad.
