Rydal Penrhos School returned from the Urdd National Swimming Gala Finals, held in Cardiff last weekend with 
three gold medals and a bronze.
The Senior swim team of Roy Sterling, Tom Harding, Jake Lovatt and Dylan Coombes secured the gold in both their team events, the Medley Relay and Freestyle Relay.
In his last year representing the school, Roy Sterling, 17 from Bodelwyddan also secured a gold medal in the individual 100m Breaststroke event.
Congratulations also go to the Junior team of Tomos Cuddihy, Matthew Harrison, Thomas Bale and Mason Clarke who secured a Bronze medal in the Freestyle Relay final.
