Clara Nielson, Head Girl at Shebbear College from 2010 – 2011, has seen her rugby career flourish since taking up her 
place at Exeter University.
Involved with the England Under 18 and Under 20 squads for several years, she won her first cap this year when she played the second half for the England Under 20 team against France at Esher.
Following this, she was instrumental in helping the Exeter University Womens’ Team to reach the final match of the Universities’ Cup when they beat Cardiff Metropolitan 17-15 in a thrilling encounter at Twickenham.
We wish her all the best with her career and look forward to hearing more about her future achievements in professional Rugby.
