In his speech, he referred to the long association between Pembroke College and Framlingham, and the special relationship in particular with the College.
This £1.2 million development project has added 22 beds in state-of-the-art study bedrooms, two Common Rooms, a private study workroom, modern kitchen and shower facilities and a new apartment for the residential tutor.
