On Monday 20th February Stonyhurst Sports Centre opens its doors to a new state of the art leisure facility.
On Monday 20th February Stonyhurst Sports Centre opens its doors to a new state of the art leisure facility.
This new facility will be open to the general public and feature 37 fitness stations for that complete workout. The new fitness suite operates on two floors offering a range of equipment from free weights and resistance machines for toning and muscle development, to a range of cardio equipment including cycling and rowing machines, treadmills and cross trainers.
A full range of exercise classes will be on offer in the new fitness studio which includes the latest DDMIX, a full body aerobic workout based on a wide range of dance styles created by Darcy Bussell. Other classes on offer include pilates, yoga, spinning, Zumba and more
Mood lighting and the latest sound and TV systems makes for an enhanced experience.
For a complete leisure experience members will also have access to the 25 metre /6 lane swimming pool.
