Swimmers compete around the world

Plymouth College swimmers have had a busy Christmas and New Year winning medals and breaking records around the world.

At the English Nationals, Emma England broke her own British Junior Record on her way to becoming an English National Junior Champion. Sam Christmas and New Year SwimmingDailley was a three-time English National Junior Medallist, while Felicity Passon, Jessica Jackson and Tom Fannon were all English National Senior Medallists. Just before Christmas, Tom was named Junior Athlete of the Year at the Torbay Sports Awards.

At the Welsh Championships, Iestyn Cole became a National Champion and Isobel Wild a National Medallist. Yael Danieli became a National Medallist at the Israeli Championships.

Kregor Zirk broke his own Estonian Junior Record and became a Nordic Nations Champion, while Tai Roche-Walker was a Medallist at the Catalan Championships. Victoria Russell set a new Bahamas Senior Record.
