On a fresh Sunday February morning Taunton School International and Taunton School International Middle School 
students visited the Georgian city of Bath.
Students had the chance to visit the historic Roman baths which are over 2000 years old whilst others visited the world famous Royal Crescent to take photos of the typical Georgian architecture.
Some students even visited Bath Abbey- a place of Christian worship for over 1000 years.
Although the activity of choice was shopping, some wandered off to sample quaint English tea rooms as well as sampling some of the many popular restaurants.
Bath has 6 large shopping areas filled with high street chains to small independent shops. The students certainly took advantage of a well deserved day off from their studies.
At the end of the afternoon we headed back to Taunton; tired and sleepy after an action packed day in the heart of Bath. Thank you to Mrs Hallworth and Mr Martin for organising amd running such a successful trip.
