Ellesmere's Swimming Academy took on the best young swimmers from across nine Counties in the latest Midland Age 
Group Swimming Championships, held this year at Coventry International Pool.
The Titans returned from two weekends of hard fought competition in triumphant mood with a magnificent medal haul of 14 Gold, 13 Silver and 5 Bronze.
The Titans finished in overall 2nd position in the West Midlands; and 3rd position within the Midlands as a whole; and accumulated more than three times the medal points of the rest of the Shropshire clubs combined.
Titans Director of Swimming Jon Pardoe commented "I was delighted for all of our swimmers.
What has been achieved by these young swimmers is a truly inspirational tale of ambition, hard work and determination". The Titans girls relay teams also qualified for the National Championships in all 3 of their events – 4 x 200m freestyle, 4 x 100m freestyle and the 4 x 100m medley.
