Wellington Pupil Treads The Boards
A Wellington School pupil has been nominated for a Somerset Fellowship of Drama Phoebe Rees Award. Daniel Fowler, Year 7 was nominated in the Youth Under 16 Acting category.
Daniel played the lead role of Kevin in Alan Ayckbourn’s “The Boy Who Fell into a Book” at the Warehouse Theatre, Ilminster last May. He had to learn over 100 pages of script!
He will find out at the award ceremony in October if his nomination for the award has been successful.
Fingers are firmly crossed.
