Wellington School Pupil is National Swimming Champ

Jasmine FarrerA Wellington School pupil has competed in a National competition in her native Hong Kong and broken records!

Jasmine Farrer in Year 10  had the honour to represent Hong Kong at the All China National Finswimming Competition in Nanning, China. She was the Hong Kong representative at the opening ceremony wearing the light blue blazer of the HK team.

During the event Jasmine swam in a number of individual and team events, winning 2 golds, 1 silver, and 2 bronze medals for Hong Kong. According to the Hong Kong national coach (David Ng) she also broke the Hong Kong record for 50m surface mono fin swimming. Quite an eventful summer!
