Windermere School Chinese AgentsWindermere School recently played host to a number of Chinese Education Agents who were in England visiting some of their chosen partner schools.

The agents represent Chinese school students who are seeking a high quality international education. Working with over 2,000 educational institutions across the globe, the agents are looking to build strong partnerships with renowned domestic and international centres of educational excellence.

Jane Scott, Head of Admissions at Windermere School, says; “We applied to be one of the schools on the visit through the British Council China. As you can imagine, this is a very thorough process and so naturally we’re thrilled to have been selected. The agents are not only looking for schools in the UK that can provide high quality educational programmes for their students, but also for schools where they know their students will be comfortable and well looked after. The feedback I’ve received from the agents has been very positive. ”

The agents were visiting six schools in total, Windermere School being the only school on the itinerary located in the north of England. The agents toured the school in small groups; observed lessons; visited the School Watersports Centre at Hodge Howe; and took in a concert in the recently refurbished Crampton Hall.
