A group of Sixth Form students from Queen’s College, Taunton, recently faced the chop as they cut their hair off for charity.

Eleanor Pring, Jasmine Stanhope-White and Tilly Hopcraft-Jones had their locks cut short to raise money for the Little Princess Trust.

Harry James, Luke Cuthbert and Will Brown now have rather cold heads after shaving their hair off for CLIC Sargent.

The Little Princess Trust provides real-hair wigs free of charge to children and young people up to the age of 24 who have lost their own hair due to cancer.

CLIC Sargent is a leading cancer charity for children, young people and their families. Its care teams provide specialist support across the UK.

The event also rallied support for their friend and fellow Year 13 pupil, Eleanor Grant, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment.

So far, students at Queen’s College have raised more than £4,000 for the two charities.
