A-level success for St. Francis’ College

St. Francis’ College has triumphed once again with another impressive set of ever improving A-level results.

This year the pass rate was 100% A*-E grades, wiith 41% of the grades A /A* 69% A*-B grades .

The School is proud of all the Year 13 cohort. but especially all the A*/A achievers: Wenjun who is going on to study Engineering at Cambridge with all A*’s; Charlotte who has three A*’s and an A grade and is going to study Biology at Warwick; Alix with three A*’s and A going to study Biology and French at Manchester. Others are off to study a wide range of subjects such as Law, Business, Psychology, Pharmacy and so on with excellent results, at top universities such as Kings, UCL, Exeter, Loughborough, Sheffield.

90% of the school’s Extended Project Qualifications were graded A/A*.

Headmistress Bronwen Goulding said: “ What a fabulous set of results! I am so pleased for our girls and the staff who work so hard to enable  them to achieve this success. The St. Francis’ College family always works hard for each and every student and we are delighted by the success which this brings for them.”
